I have seen a lot of ask for fic recs recently in the billford tag, and I can’t reply to each post, so I could as well post my old rec list?
Warning: for this ship I like dark stuff, most of these fics have emotional manipulation and/or abuse. There are AO3 links so individual triggers are specified on site. Most of them are triangle!Bill, I mentioned it.

Dream a Little Dream (2420 words) by dieslaudata Post-canon. PWP in dreams with good characterisation. Triangle!Bill. I love all the fics by this author, for good porn, emotional tension and good writing, but this is my favorite.
A certain Kind of Emptiness (2658 words) by dieslaudata Fearamid fic, with Bill merging with Ford’s body, controlling it, and Ford does and doesn’t want to let himself go.
Rewind(2963 words) by MaryPSue In which Bill erases Ford’s thirty-something years of memories to make him more friendly about the equation thing. Very nice study or their relationship through the years, basically gen, nicely dark.
Now you See (4158 words) by MaryPSue / @marypsue AU in which Bill, while Ford is working on the Portal, slowly turns him into a demon. So very intense!
The Fall of Icarus (8873 words) by Fooeyburr / @kindafooey Yet one more fic where Bill tortures Ford during Weirdmageddon, in a way more psychological and more intimate. Very good PWP.
Life until Death (8740 words) by sugarboat Dubcon PWP just after Ford fell into the Portal. Nice use of monster!Bill.
Knock on my Door (3972 words) by sugarboat Portal!Ford is hurt. And Bill doesn’t want him to die, not now, not by another hand. It’s weird, bloody, tense almost-fluff. Possession.
First(2454 words) by @pengychan Pre-betrayal, Bill looks around in Ford’s mind and find his secret fantasies. Could be fluff if we didn’t know how it all ends. Triangle!Bill.
Territorial (4538 words) by @pengychan Someone else messes with Ford’s dreams. Bill doesn’t like it. Triangle!Bill.
Devote (616 words) by @manoverboard-fic Ford shows Bill the tattoo he had made of him. Even Bill can be impressed sometimes. Triangle!Bill. I really like this author’s writing.
Silent Lies(1618 words) by @perlumi-delirium Bill is dead. Ford pretends what he has is enough. Emotionally complex angst.
Bloodlust(4370 words) by @sevralships ”I have not sampled human blood” Ford says. A story with giant vampire bats, Ford being obsessed by Bill, and Bill loving that Ford can give him. Triangle!Bill.
I’ll Eat You Up(2538 words) by @anysin-can-hadplen Cute pre-betrayal vore, I love this mix of gore and fluff and smut so much. In Bill’s stomach, you can see black holes and Ford is properly fascinated – also, very much smitten. Triangle!Bill

There’s an Endless Road (41073 words) by SandyQuinn Eight chapters, finished. One of the very few Bill-and-Ford-get-back-together-after-the-end fics that I like. I love the very slow burn, the supernatural adventures, and the brotherly relationship between Stan and Ford. Humanoid!Bill
Vessel (42048 words) by bananabog Sixteen chapters, finished. Mpreg, magistrally mixing horror and crack, angst and twisted erotism. Has a lot of Stan+Ford too, and an happier ending than I expected. Triangle!Bill
Captive (23964 words) by yesno Six chapters, finished. Bill finds creative ways to torture Ford to make him confess how he can leave Gravity Falls. Triangle!Bill. Very harsh

Take me Somewhere Nice (19656 words) by sugarboat WIP, 5 chapters out of 7. In which Ford, helped by various dreams, realizes slowly he has a crush on Bill, while building the Portal. Triangle!Bill.
Blood Chains (83660words) by Fooeyburr / @kindafooey WIP, post-canon, Ford has to bring Bill back, under his partial control, to face a worse threat. Fascinating power struggle, triangle!Bill. All the Pines family is here. The plot is a little slow to my tastes, but awesome once it’s here. Unfortunately, and people who are cruel to Bill don’t get the sympathy they deserve.

[No longer on the Internet but I want to remember it] Betrayal by @smutsket (chapter 2) Ford’s introspection just before and just after’s Bill’s betrayal. Very striking and touching.
[Will never be finished but I liked it anyway] we’ll meet again(28008 words) by spangel Where Bill, after the finale, is divided in two entities. One of them does remember, the other does not. One of them has a body. One of them could like Ford. They don’t have the same ideas about the fate of the world either.
This list has too little @flo-nelja fic, this needs to be fixed.

Seriously, if you can, read everything by Nelja. She is the Goddess of Billford as far as I’m considered. But there are non-Nelja fics that I adore to my dying day, too!
